Fish bait is a sweet and spicy seasoning using cayenne pepper with crushed red bell peppers to add that irresistible spice. They are accompanied by cumin, black pepper and sea salt for that added flavour.

Preparation:

For sear roasting – This method of cooking works best with meaty fish such as salmon, tuna and swordfish which our Fish Bait rub is more suited to.
