Butt Massage is a combination of dry spices for use on Pork.
This particular product can be used for anything from rubbing on your joint of pork, marinating your pulled pork, covering your pork chops and even slapping on your pork steak.
This product is most popularly used to create the most perfect Pulled Pork.
Pulled Pork Preparation:
The best cut of meat to use for Pulled Pork is the Pork Shoulder, or some people refer to it as the ‘BUTT’. Meat with a good marbling of fat evenly distributed throughout is best suited to slow cooking methods as it will retain moisture and tenderise. After taking the meat out of the refrigerator let it sit for 20-30 minutes to bring it to room temperature. Some people will remove the top layer of Skin/crackling before cooking, others after. This is up to you. Generously rub the Butt Massage all over your meat, ensuring you completely cover the joint and making sure you get into every little nook and cranny.
